My boyfriend and I made a triple batch of this for a Super Bowl party and it was a huge hit. I substitued 4 cheese Mexican blend for the Monterey Jack and Brie and also added Parmesan cheese into the dip as well as melting on top. Everyone couldn't get enough of this, this recipe is definitely a keeper!

I have made this recipe so many times that I can't count them. It turns out wonderfully every single time. The only thing I do differently is to use twice the amount of marinated artichoke hearts that the recipe calls for. The last time I made it, I added sliced, fresh mushrooms and they were a wonderful added flavor! I toast a loaf of garlic buttered french bread and slice it into pieces for dipping. I am no longer allowed to attend any parties without this dip in hand! It has become my trademark.

I love Brie so I was all about this recipe. The dip is very good but the combination of all of these ingrediendces hide the subtle flavor of the Brie. I say save your money on the Brie and do his 2005 recipe or a combination of the two.

I absolutely love this dip. I make it all the time and it's so easy too. great for parties or if you want a snack, (kind of takes a while for a snack though. You can even change the cheese if you want to make it tastier but its great either way.
