This was a hit with all 8 of my guests! Next time, I would add 2-3 more eggs and more salt and pepper.

I made this casserole one morning when we headed up to the ranch with our neighbors. EVERYONE loved it! Even the three toddlers we toted along. It was delicious! My husband already has asked me to make one he can eat for breakfast through the week!

This was simply the easiest and most tasteful casserole ever.
I served it a U.S. Navy Captain and his crew....simply the best.
Was easy and fun to make.
Will try varying ingredients for spicing.

    Thanks..

This was really tasty! I added bacon to the sausage, and mixed in green and red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and a jalapeno to the egg mix. Very easy and very good! I'll be making this again!

I added 2 eggs (for a total of 8 XL eggs, then I cut the 1/2 and 1/2 back to 3/4 cup and added 1 lb. of cubed cured ham. Ages young and old loved this, it was one of the best breakfast casseroles I have eaten.

This is a wonderful dish that can be added to or changed very easily. The only problem that I ran into was that I had to cook for nearly an hour to get the casserole to cook thoroughly. Great for office breakfast potlucks!

This is a great recipe, and it's even better with bacon instead of the sausage. It always gets rave reviews when I serve it. Be very generous with the seasonings (it's good with garlic too.
