This is the moistest quiche and it was so easy to make. I made it for a brunch the night before and just stuck it in the oven to warm up before the party and it was awesome. I got many requests for this one, people were amazed at how simple it is to make.

This recipe was fantastic! I used the basic egg mix, but used egg substitute. I also used different filling - turkey italian sausage, peppers, onion...and it turned out moist and fluffy. Great basic recipe to get creative with!

i added fresh minced garlic and 1/2 pound romano cheese and even the finicky eaters loved it

Very good, quick and easy. Substitution of items works well too. Never had made this before, worked the first time and every time since.
