I used an entire small bag of fresh spinach instead of the frozen, really packed it in there, and it was simply the best quiche I ever made. Mine was perfect after cooking for 55 minutes and cooling for about and hour. I was skeptical, but this was so flavorful..and I even omitted the garlic salt! Great for using up whatever veggies, ham , bacon, cheeses you may have on hand.

I made a double version of this recipe for my family of 12. As a male, I don't cook that often, and I had never made a quiche before.

This recipe was very easy, which I made "by the book" except instead of a ready-crust I used an extra homemade pie crust I had stored stored in the fridge.

Everybody loved it, from the litte kids to the big ones. Took a bit over an hour because I had two of them baking at once.

There is hardly a crumb left.

I had never attemped a quiche before and looked for the easiest recipe I could find on the website. I was lucky to have found this one! I made a few additions to the recipe including mushrooms, frozen asparagus and canadian bacon. I ended up having so much of the mix that I filled two Marie Callendar 9" deep dish pie pans. My husband and I ate one of them (with left overs and I am going to freezer pack the other for another day. My husband enjoyed it and felt like it was a hearty meal. One suggestion might be to pre-bake the crust for 10-15 minutes to help keep the bottom from getting soggy. Delicious!

Followed the recipe exactly as written. I used a frozen pie shell. MMM...it was sooo good. I'll try it with cheddar next time for a different twist. A definite keeper

I had no milk whatsoever so I used 1 cup of low fat sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 2TBS flour, 4 eggs and about a teaspoon of nutmeg. I cooked 1/2 lb bacon, removed bacon and most of drippings, sauted onion and mushroom with some dried thyme and added cooked bacon back in. Put saute mixture into pie crust and topped that with 1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese. Used puff pastry for pie crust . Baked at 350 for about an hour. I had people asking for the recipe!! So easy and you can use anything for filling you want. Quick, easy....my kind of recipe!!! Thanks and happy cooking :

My husband had always sounded less than enthusiastic when I'd suggested trying to make a quiche for dinner, so I never had. After so many positive reviews on here (especially with regard to husbands! I decided to give it a try nonetheless (I was craving it, and the chef's vote counts twice!. I went with the broccoli and cheddar option rather than the spinach and swiss since my 3 and 1.5 year old were also eating it, and everyone cleaned their plates (and my husband even went back for seconds! Thanks for a new addition to the recipe box - I'll definitely be making it again (next time, for our vegetarian friends!

I've made this recipe at least a half a dozen times and it comes out great every time! My mother-in-law said she's never had a better quiche and asked for the recipe. It's quick and easy which helps especially since I'm a mother of 5! Thanks for a simple and tasty recipe!

This recipe makes for a very flexible addition of ingredients. I sauteed the minced onions for a caramel flavor and added crispy pancetta. A perpect main course to my picnic basket.

I made this for a baby shower and it was a huge hit! I used broccoli instead of spinach, and it was very light but satisfying. Have made a few times now.

Oh my yummy!! I'm usually not a quiche fan, but for some reason, I was craving a good quiche. I did not have any mayo, so I made some from scratch. I was also out of half and half, so I used whipping cream instead. I added some bacon crumbles to the quiche, and all together, it came out delicious! Makes a generous portion, too!
