I'd never made a quiche before but recently had one at a bridal shower and thought I should try that. This was sooooooo easy and sooooooo good. My husband picking 15 year old both loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!

I had an afternoon event to attend and made this recipe. I substituted chopped broccoli and pared it with cheddar. It was a hit - the first dish to be finished!! I was so pleased I went home and made one for dinner for my family. This quiche is so easy and super quick to make. a must try for everyone!

Loved this recipe! The eggs had really nice texture and the crust didn't get soggy. I added a cup of sauteed mushrooms to it as well. It was a hit at our last brunch!

When I saw mayo listed as one of the ingredients in this recipe I was a little concerned. I realized this is the secret ingredient in the best quiches I have ever eaten. I always thought it was huge amounts of cream or something. There is no mayo test at all, it just has a fabulous texture and flavor. I didnt want to mess with draining the spinach so i left that out, just used mushrooms. My picky husband and daughter loved it.

The reviews were so convincing, that I tried this recipe. It had to be the worst quiche that I have ever tasted. The texture was awful and the flavor was even worse.

I tinkered with the amounts of ingredients, but the base ratio of eggs to dairy is great. And I love the addition of flour to hold it all together. A winner!

So quick and easy to prepare. My 19 year old son always makes it when he is home from college. Mix it up a little and try different ingredients. It is alwasy a hit.

I mnade this recipe, and loved it. I forgot the spinach, so at the last minute, I tossed in a little honey baked ham. I also grated the onion into the filling, which was great flavoring.

I had never made quiche before I found this recipe. It was fast, easy and delicious! It's very versatile too - you can add whatever you want. Next time I'm going to try bacon and mushrooms.
