    Good but be careful not to add too much lemon juice. I used 1/2 a lemon and not sure if the lemon was too big or what but the dressing was very tart. I'd say less than 1/2 a lemon.

    I made this Caesar salad this weekend and it was delicious! I couldn't believe how much this caesar dressing tasted like one from a really good restaurant. I even baked some chicken and put it over the top of the salad to make it into a full meal.
    I can't wait to make it again!

    super easy caesar dressing that comes out GREAT! i used anchovy paste which was perfect. about 1/3 cup of olive oil per one egg yolk and 2 cloves of garlic appropriate. thanks sunny!

    THANKS Sunny for this recipe. I have been a longtime LOVER of Caesar salad and this one is superb!! It will be my go to Caesar salad recipe. I will definitely be making this again in a few days since I have leftover anchiovies and romaine!!
