    The simplicity fo this recipe makes it outstanding for cooks who don't have a lot of time to whip up a fancy desert. pipe whipped topping on the top and you have a desert that looks and tastes like you worked hard on it.

    This is the first time I have attempted to bake a pecan pie. I tried it today and was a bit worried when the eggs cooked themselves because the heat was on too high. Nevertheless, I continued with the recipe and it still came out great. My husband is a big fan of pecan pie and he agreed. I will be making this for my in-laws for Thanksgiving. Thanks alot!

    Incredible, leave it alone. Do not adjust or add ingredients. I am asked to may this pie several times a year. It is the family favorite. I accidentally cooked the pie a half hour longer and it was like the best pecan candy bar you ever had. Chewy and good.

    mix butter and sugar well, add vanilla,add nuts,and stir in beaten eggs.DO NOT OVER MIX!!!!!!
