These burgers were really good! A nice change from regular old hamburgers.

I made this for my husband one night for dinner and have since made it for my family. I have never seen burgers disappear so fast in my life!
It is important to use ground sirloin and not ground beef. And the secret is definately in the sauce! This is a great one Rachael.

Made these for my girlfriends birthday and the balsamic mayo was a great hit and so simple, along with the very juicy burgers. Good one Rachael!

This is sooo good! I have made it several times with just a few modifications. I use moz cheese and serve it ona peice of toast, like an open face sandwich. I love using the spinach instead of lettuce. The flavor of the sauce, once you getover the appearance, is incredible with the meat. This recipes was a welcome addition at our house!

This is the best burger I've ever eaten. I have made this burger twice in the past week. I even opted to cook instead of stop at Wendy's last night. My husband was shocked when I put dinner on the table in 15 minutes. I use a table top griller to cook the burgers in 5 minutes. Fabulous recipe, you have got to try it.

I can't remember the last time I ate a hamburger, but we made this recipe for dinner tonight, and we all LOVED it, even my two young boys!! All the ingredients complemented eachother so well, and even though we didn't have any chives to add, we didn't miss them at all. Excellent, easy, fast recipe. Definitely one to make again and again. The only thing I would do differently next time would be to make smaller burgers and buns for my young boys. They were pretty intimidated by the thick burger.
