    Very good combination of healthy grains. I used quinoa, brown rice, couscous, basmati and barley and used half of the fennel bulb and it turned our really good. It's shouldn't be labeled easy because it's hard to cook all the grains separately. It's good with the sauce but it 's ok without it. The asparagus and wild mushrooms really added flavor and umph. The grains added a lot of texture and it's really good and I'm planning to make it for Thanksgiivng.
