This is a really nice change for your baked potato. I wouldn't have thought to use shrimp in this but it really makes it special. Love this one.

Great change from the usual baked potato! Turns it from a side dish to a main course -- add a salad and your home free!

This is a very good way to do potatoes when you want to change the way you normally do potatoes. It is very filling and delicious. I guess I'll be having my potatoes this way more often. It's good for a romantic dinner for two, or a nice dinner gathering. Thank God for another way to dress up potatoes!

Loved Paula Deen's Shrimp Stuffed Baked potatoes. Easy to make and my wife has asked me to make this dish again and again. Tastes like it was a lot of trouble to make, but it was really easy. Thanks Paula!

The recipe is easy and the blend of favors are excellent. People love the taste. I do my baking of the potatoes at 475-500 to make the skins more crisp and do not use the foil.

I made these for New Year's Eve dinner for some friends. Everyone loved them. I did make them a day ahead and baked them just before dinner. They had a lot of flavor. The potato was nice and creamy and the shrimp was a nice addition. Just wondering if any one else's came over the side of the skins? I just scooped it up and put it back on top. Very delicious. I also made the Brandied Mushrooms. Mmm. Would definitely make these potatoes again.... Thanks Paula.
