    Great recipe! The potatoes are very smooth and creamy. I only used 3 cups of cheese and it still turned out great. The 2nd time I made this dish, I sprinkled the cheese after baking the potatoes and broiled the potatoes for one min as my sprinkled cheese turned out hard when I baked the potatoes.
