These have become one of the most requested dishes at my house during the holidays and I also splurge and have them throughout the yr. A recipe that goes with everything and puts a litlle special touch to any meal. Paula you did good honey

I'm surprised these aren't in Paula's top ten. They are absolutely delicious. Sometimes I put shrimp in and sometimes not. I agree with the previous reviewer, I have better luck at 400 degrees for 60 -70 minutes. That makes a nice shell. Every person I've fed these to want the recipe. They are the most requested item my son cooks for his shift on the Anchorage, Alaska Fire Department.

These Potatoes were simply amazing. I made them for mothers day. I was told by my whole family that they were restaurant quality. I substituted the shrimp for 1 pound of chopped bacon, but I followed the recipe otherwise. These are a treat.

I am a horrible cook and tried these as my first contribution to our family holiday dinner. This was a very easy dish to make and everyone loved it. My aunt who hosted the dinner even asked if I could prepare more, which wasn't a problem as they are so easy and quick to prepare. Thanks Paula!

Amazing! The second time I made these, I added a little Old Bay into the "stuffing" mixture. . .Even Better!!!
