I stuffing is a hit with the whole family! I used portabella and white mushrooms, and ground pork instead of the chicken liver. This is the forth year serving this stuffing, and everybody is still looking forward to it! Try it, you'll love it!

This turkey is the most moist turkey I
have ever had. The flavors of the skin and the veggies were outstanding.
Can not wait to make soup.
My compliments to the chef.

This was remarkable. I just finished it today. I did stuff the turkey and I have to say that there were no pan drippins. About 2 hours into the cooking there were no drippings to baste the turkey with so I added a stick of butter to the top, and that was all the drippings there were!... When we cut into the turkey it was so MOIST! The entire bird is just gone. We have never had such a moist bird. I have no idea why there were no drippings from the bird (maybe they all went to the stuffing for the first time in over 40 years of doing this but the bird was great!
