This was the first time I've ever tried goat cheese, and it was great! I've made it twice since, and there are never any leftovers!

This is a great appetizer! Everyone gobbles is up instantly and I never have leftovers. If your really crunched for time you can use store bought crostini or crackers. Add this to your staple of appetizer recipes and you won't be disapointed!

I loved this...my super picky husband was not so excited about it. Hes not big on goat cheese. I thought it was really yummy, very fresh and super easy!!
