AMAZING recipe. Flavors are exquisite. I always up the amount of cumin I use, because I love cumin. Using lamb is a must; the flavors are much nicer.

One of my favorite all time "exotic" dishes. I can't say enough about how delicious it is. It must be enjoyed with an IPA.

Just had this for dinner, and it is excellent! We used beef instead of lamb since that's what we had, and we ended up increasing both the cumin and the garam masala quite a lot (we love strong spices.

This would make a perfect weeknight meal. You can make the carrot salad mixture ahead of time, and just cook the lamb when you're ready.

Don't skip the yogurt - it definitely enhanced the flavors.

Couldn't find ground lamb so I made it with turkey, but it still had a lot of flavor and made for a delicious meal on a warm day. I'll definitely be making this again.

This was definitely new in terms of what I usually cook/eat. It was so refreshing and delicious. It has lots of flavors and the textures are really interesting. I served it with some naan and yogurt with an ice cold beer and it seriously hit the spot.
