I made these cookies with my friend's boys and we thought the cookies was just good but my best friend thought the cookies was excellent. She insisted I make her more very soon.

We love this cookie. Biting into a warm one is like eating a bowl of peaches and cream oatmeal, so much so that my kids try to convince me to let them have this for breakfast. This definitely a keeper.

We saw the recipe online this morning and bought the ingredients for dessert tonight. We just tried them for the first time tonight and can I say they were delicious....new family favorite...

I made these cookies with cranberries instead of peaches and they were an instant hit at a work bake sale! I totally recommend this recipe!

I love this cookie its awesome. It's really easy to make and it doesn't hurt my wallet. Yet it's sooo good. Perfect for to make in my busy schedule.

I made these cookies using dried Apricots instead of Peaches as I think the dried Peaches are little bland. I also added a few more then called for and increased the white chips a bit too - I always do that. They turned out great! Chewy and moist, just like I like them. My only complaint - the recipe doesn't make enough cookies! I will double it next time and see if that causes any problems.

I love me an oatmeal cookie and these have become a new favorite for EVERYONE! My brother-in-law can't stop eating them ;- I love that they aren't really seasoned at all. No additions, just the simple flavors. So yummy and different!!

I love these cookies and could not stop eating them! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just how I like them. I had a giant half eaten bag of dried mangoes hanging around in my pantry, so I substituted them for the peaches. Great recipe Sunny, thank you!!!
