We started making this recipe a couple of years ago. It's become a family favorite. Very tasty and easy to make. Nice recipe Aaron.

Amazing!!!!! The recipe calls for 2 tsps of pepper and 3 tsps of salt, but i stopped after about 1 tsp of pepper and a 1/2 tsp of salt, and that was plenty of seasoning. The recipe is so simple but the flavor is amazing. Perfect for a summer party.

This is so easy you can't screw it up and everyone will be impressed at how great it tastes! It's sweet and savory and goes great with a big meaty steak!

I didn't see the show, but found this recipe online. We've taken it to a number of potlucks and always get rave reviews. I roast my asperagus and it turns out great. The herb flavor is strong, but works really well together. Try it, you'll like it!

I've made this recipe for several asparagus haters and they all loved it. Everything works together perfectly to create a great side dish.

My husband and prepared this dish once just for us, and we have been hooked ever since. We followed your recipe to the tee, and it was fantastic!

Keep up the good work. Oh! For the record: you've made Smoked Paprika lovers out of us!!!!!

Unfortunately I missed the show that this recipe came from, but thankfully I found it under Aaron's most popular recipes. I made it last night and it was absolutely delicious! Though I was too impatient to let my grill heat up (I just have a charcoal grill, not gas so I put the asparagus on a cookie sheet and threw it under the broiler for about 10 minutes until it just started to brown, and it was amazing. (Next time though I will try to be patient and grill it. And... I don't like mushrooms. In fact, I would go as far to say that I am very anti-mushroom (it's a texture thing. But I figured that since every recipe that I have tried from Aaron has been spectacular, I would give this one a whirl as-written. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! I think it helped that the mushrooms were sliced thin and sauteed with the seasoned oil from the salad. I give this one 5-stars all-around. I will definitely make it again and again!

I had never eaten asparagus before seeing Aaron grill it on his show. Since that episode aired we have probably had it at least five or six times. I had always thought that asparagus was not the veggie for me but the way Aaron has you cook it, even as finicky as I am, I love it!!! Way to go!!!
