The instructions were not very clear, but nevertheless it was pretty easy to figure out.
Definitely cool the warm creme throughly and stir the creme anglaise constantly, otherwise you will have scrambled eggs!
The result is worth the work!

I have been trying over 30 min. to find
this recipe. No matter what I did I could not bring up the recipe. How come?
I watched Emeril prepare it and would
like to add it to my recipes.

This recipe is not the simplist in the world, but it is worth the effort. It's FANTASTIC. I even made it for a friend's wedding reception.
I had to subsitute other fruits one time for my father in law who can't eat berries. It's so wonderful, I don't think it would matter what fruit you use, it's going to be wonderful and makes a dramatic and beautiful presentation.
