Wow, very simple, it came out so perfect! Did exactly what it said. Instead of all that salt, I used a rub that I bought at a natural food store. I put the rub all over and wrap it up in paper towels, place it on a plate upside down in the refrigerator, let it sit over night. After that remove the paper towels, place 2 long pieces of foil in the pan, then layer in the banana leaves, place the pork in then rub the liquid smoke and Worcester sauce all over, make sure it doesn't leak out of the foil. Wrap the leaves very tight around, then wrap the foil very tight, place in over. It was so moist and good, my first time making this. Thx will do again!!!

This recipe is wonderful! Not to mention easy. I highly recommend this, especially in the summer for an outdoor "luau". I have made this recipe several times. This is very important- use the Hawaiian Salt. It is key to the flavor success. I have tried it with only kosher salt and with half Hawaiian and half kosher. Plain kosher just doesn't do it justice.

cooking time is not 4 min. This popped up at the top of my search when sorting by cook time. It was a bit odd.
