    I made this for an anniversary breakfast, and it looked wonderful, and tasted amazing. I couldn't believe how simple it was to make. I thought I would be making breakfast for a awhile, but to my suprise it was whipped up in no time. I'll be making this regularly now.

    Before I took my trip to NY last year I did a little research, I found out about Noho Star through $40 a day and even though the service wasn't that great the Breakfast Bruschetta was worth it, it had the perfect combination of flavor and texture, a perfect way to start the day without feeling guilty

    Served this at my wife's birthday brunch. Family loved it. Said it was like something you would expect to get at a fine B&B.
