Just a question, even tho it's silly when putting the top piece of salmon on do you have it flesh up or skin up??

This is the easiest, and most flavorful salmon I've made. Fantastic!

It's really hard to mess up salmon, unless you overcook or burn it, because it's a naturally flavorful fish with a distinctive taste. Salmon, with all the herbs and a wee bit of olive oil is so healthy. This recipe is so easy and quick to make, and it makes everyone "ooh and aah" when you bring it to the table whole. Also, I agree with the other review, I always cook Jamie's recipes a little longer than he states (maybe it's my oven?.

This dish is great to make, even if you're a bit timid about preparing seafood ! Just use the 20 min. baking guide as a reference only..each time I've made it, it's had to cook at least 30 mins. to ensure it's done.

The herbs and lemon really make the dish -- gets raves every time !
