What a great combination. The cilantro pesto is very good! You can prep much of this meal ahead of time. The only thing I would change is to marinate the pork for an hour or so.

pesto is rich but fabulous, and best with charcoal grilled pork...loved adding poblano to the rice.

The pesto was exceptional. I prefer grilling the tenderloin, and I've had better Spanish rice, but the sauce more than made up for it. Great recipe.
