My sister and I created AB's pot pie of course with a little tweeks (we added potatoes and corn and more pepper and biscuits instead of puff pastry and it turned out great. Of course we started out scared because we messed up a bit at first but we were completely satisfied in the end and happy we didn't eat our mom's spaghetti instead! It's a must try!

i loved this recipe.. although i did change it around a bit. i had left over turkey, so i used that instead (and more than 2 cups, maybe around 4 i added a cup more of milk and i used the juice from the turkey instead of chicken broth. i also added an extra teaspoon of curry powder which came out to be a very subtle curry flavor, but still delicious. instead of using puff pastry i used a canned biscuit (pillsbury grands. it was an easy recipe, although there were a lot of pots and pans to work with. it was definately worth it!!

With the exception of puff pastry, I usually have all the ingredients in the fridge or freezer! I've made it three or four times and it has never disappointed. Awesome.

This is recipe is very flavorful and easy to make. However, my husband and I thought it was dry. We will definatly make this again, but we will have to tinker with the recipe to make it more moist.

This is truly the best pot pie I have ever had, let alone made myself. The recipe was easy and the product turned out better than I imagined. My husband and I ate the whole thing!

As a huge fan of curry, I thought this would be a nice change of pace from the regular chicken pot pie I usually make, and true to his record, AB still has not let me down. Everything that I try of his is always flavourful and delicious, and this is no exception. Could do with a little more sauce, so plan on adding about 50% more than the recipe says. Outstanding!

This being my first attempt at Chicken Pot Pie in general, I was amazed at the results. It was a big hit, with repeated requests since.

I modified the second time, which adds some prep time, but makes it even better. I chopped fresh carrots (3 potatoes (1, celery (3 stalks, onions (1, and garlic. Toss the veggies with olive oil in a large bowl. Roast at 400 deg. for about 20 minutes. When they start to get golden brown, take about a cup of the veggies and saute them in a pan. Proceed with the recipe, adding the flour, curry, then combining the liquids. This makes it a little more hearty. Enjoy!
