Very good. Next time I will double the broth and milk just like the previous reviewer suggested. I will also add salt and pepper to the roasted peas and carrots and some garlic. Otherwise great job Alton.

Delicious! I doubled the broth/milk and the curry and it was a crowd pleaser. I didn't use any pastry, but instead poured it over some opened biscuits. Will definitely make it again soon!

I love this recipe. A great weeknight dinner that is quick and easy to make (remember to thaw the puff pastry. I use fresh carrots instead of frozen and sauté them on the stove instead of roasting them in the oven. Just a personal preference. Also, I made this for 8 adults and there wasn't really enough. I would say this feeds 6 adults comfortably.

Delicious and easy, a definite go-to recipe in a pinch, in fact I'm going to make it right now...again!

This was fabulous!!! And easy. I made dumpling recipe from Heart Healthy Bisquick. I used those instead of the puff pastry - I didn't have any, and I'm trying to watch calories. I also added a little extra curry powder because we love curry. 13 & 16 year olds liked it too.

Very easy. I substituted thyme for the curry since we do not really like the curry and a bay leaf. I used my homemade pie dough for the top...........This is a keeper

So, so good! Very quick and easy to prepare. I've made this many times and EVERYONE loves it - even those who claim they don't like curry flavors!

Really easy to prepare! I loved roasting the frozen veggies, I use them all the time and now have a new way to prepare them! We are not curry fans so we used other spices. If you haven't seen the video of Alton Brown cooking this, check it out on the food netowrk website. I recommend trying this and putting your own special twist to it.
