We have a local deli in town that sells this as a side item to their boxed lunches. I loved it so much that I search food network for a curried couscous recipe and found this one. It is definitely the same. Easy to make and really awesome.
Something you can feel good about eating!

The salad is pretty good, minus a few problems. Curry, dried/currants, and parsley are not good together. I swapped the currants for diced orange supremes, and cilantro for the parsley, but cut it in half, since it is much stronger. Perhaps I would make a little more dressing next time, too. Overall, this is a good idea, but stick to beef and horseradish, Ina.

I loved this receipe, I just think it needed a little red wine vinegar added to it, or more white wine vinegar. I will definetly make it again, yum! The best couscous I've ever had!

This is such an easy, pantry friendly recipe, hurry and copy this one guys; it's only available for a while. I must say this is going to be one of my regulars, and imagine it's my first time having couscous. Keep them coming Ina we are all watching.

Made this today for lunch using whole wheat pasta instead of couscous and cranberries instead of currants. It was scrumptious! This is a great picnic lunch pasta salad. Would be great with some rotisserie chicken shredded and added to it or as a side. Even tofu would taste great in it thanks to the curry flavor.

I made this with "Better than Bullion" (1 tsp.=1 bullion cube(trust me, it is better than bullion and I toasted the almonds. I also used dried cherries instead of raisins or currents. This dish was so wonderful I ate it for three days straight and still wanted more! Note: We ate this with steamed broccoli and grilled salmon.
