I wasn't sure if I was hooked or not the first time I ate it, but then I craved it later and had to make it again - so I know it's a winner!

This is by far the best couscous recipe I have ever tried.

I watched the episode where Ina made the Curried Couscous and it looked so delicious I just had to try it for myself. I printed out the recipe and followed it carefully and it just wasn't my cup of tea. I was hoping that all the other ingredients in the couscous mixture would prevent it from tasting like too much like curry, but unfortunately that was not the case. Fortunately one of my relatives did enjoy it so I gave it to them!

Have never liked couscous until I tried this dish...tastes best with cranberries instead of currants and without the red onion..I found it too overpowering

I LOVED this one. Couscous is so simple and elegant. I used raisins and cashews instead of currants and almonds and it was great. I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves Indian food.

I made the recipe exactly as written,...but added some grilled chicken. My husband loved it. I will be making this for a ladies luncheon soon.

Never made couscous before so this was a treat. Distinct flavor but not too overwelming.

This was easy to put together and tasted great. I also used dried cranberries instead of raisins and I think it worked well.

I doubled the recipe and cooked it as directed but overall it was dry? I had to add more yogurt and tumeric. Guests liked it despite being dry.
