The cupcakes are cute but it would have been much easier if a picture would have been inclued! My Daughter likes to help in the kitchen and it was hard for her at first! We had a great time and they are really cute!!!

The batter recipe alone is delicious. It is fluffy and chocolatey. Superior!

They have a nice chocolate flavor without being too sweet or greasy. Definitely chill the dough, though - at room temp they just don't fluff up in the oven. But if cooled the dough is easier to handle and the cupcakes rise beautifully in the oven.
