The sauce was fantastic! I did cook it down on the stove, maybe a bit too long because it was so thick I wound up serving it over multi-grain spaghetti. The next time I make it I'll keep it more soupy and mop up the sauce with good bread like he suggested. There will most definitely be a next time!!

I love Jamie's food. The only issue I have here is that the recipie as it appears on the FN site is not what he did on television. He begins the recipie with bacon and doesn't use Cherry tomatos but used a variety of full-sized tomatos. Not that it would matter, but the beginning of the recipie is important.
Great flavor but you might also have to cook it a while to get it to reduce properly. I might make all pasta sauces this way - there was a much deeper flavor.
Enjoy.

Absolutely delicious. Reduced the recipe by half and used grape tomatoes. Plenty of left overs for 2 people.

I have been wanting a sausage recipe like this for a long time. This is a keeper. Thank you Jamie. An Uncle of mine is your biggest fan. Now I know why.

I have tried a lot of Jamie recipes and this is the best. The fresh tomatoes and sauage together plus it is sooo easy. Keep them coming Jamie.

I've made this a few times with all the wonderful tomatoes that are available in the farmers' market. I followed the recipe as done by Jamie which starts with bacon and is served over crusty bread. YUM!
