This tasted a little strange. I wouldn't substitute salsa on its own for sauce - I think I'd make pizza sauce with cilantro and chili instead. I was confused about trying to find the jack cheese in the dairy section. My grocery store has a dairy section with milk and yogurt, then another section where they have cheese and lunchmeat. Luckily, a nice young man showed me where it was kept.

I made this pizza for our Super Bowl get together. What a hit! It was simple and very good. I followed the recipe and we were all sampling before it hit the table. I will definitely make it again for a get together or a meal. A nice twist on pizza.

I made these pizzas for my Super Bowl party. Delicious, fast, easy to make, and even though my team didn't win, the pizzas were a big hit! We still love you, Eagles!

I make this using a prepared Boboli pizza crust. My family loves it. This was my first time eating chorizo and it's delicious. This recipe is also easy to modify with whatever veggies you have on hand. It's a nice change from traditional tomato sauce and mozzerella pizza.
