This was very easy and the spice combination went really well with the potatoes. I did use garlic powder instead of minced though. My issue was with the time, in the recommended oven time it seems you cook the potatoes too much, mine turned out way more roasted than the picture. My main dislike however was the skin, it charred so while the rest of the potato was great, the skin gave it a burned flavor. Might have been solved with less baking time, not sure. Did taste good though.

If you have a meat and potatoes gut in your life like I do, make this for him. He will ask to have it again and again!

This method gives foolproof, perfect roast potatoes every time! I like to mix up the spices, most recently doing allspice and caraway seeds instead of the garlic. Yum!

Loved these! I cut the recipe in half and followed exact and it was delish! So easy too! Edit to add: I have since made these again and instead of kosher salt I used garlic salt w/ parsley (McCormick and they were even more AMAZING!!! The key is GOOD olive oil!

I followed the recipe to the letter. They looked great, smelled ok, and were edible. Ketchup made them a little better but I would not make them again.
