Great recipe, as is! Of course, any recipe is open to numerous variations, but I love her recipe exactly and it's a staple side dish in our household!

this is easy to make and absolutely delicious. i add the garlic a bit later in the roasting process so it doesn't burn. the other reviewer's suggestion of adding the whole cloves sounds interesting. will try it like that in the future. sometimes i add minced rosemary to the potatoes before going to the over and then, once cooked, it sprinkle it with home-made bacon bits.

This is a great recipe. The only thing that I do differently is instead of adding minced garlic which can easily burn, I prefer to use to whole garlic cloves and roast them along with the patatoes. I think the flavor is even better and you dont have to worry about the garlic burning. To add a little crisp at the very end, I broil them for just a few minutes.

I LOVE this recipe, I made this along with homemade Chicken Marsala for my mother, and she absolutely fell in love with it! She can't wait for me to make it again for her!

You absolutely can not go wrong with these.I made exactly as written and the aroma made my husband come into the house from way out back, asking what on Earth smelled so good. I didn't have any problems with the garlic burning and I added it at the beginning as the recipe instructed. I made them last weekend and have already had two requests to make again! 5 stars all the way.
