Delicious. I followed others advice and put the vodka in before the tomatoes and cream. Did not use jalapenos but substituted red pepper flakes. Used basil instead of parsley. Also used turkey sausage instead of chicken. This recipe was fantastic! Will make again. My whole family loved it.

ONE OF THE BEST PASTA RECIPES I've ever made! Easy and yummy. I used turkey brats instead and poblanos, not jalapenos. I'll be making this again!

Sunny...you outdid yourself. Excellent recipe...I had gemelli on hand, no parsley but substituted some purple basil from my garden. Never made vodka sauce before but this will become a company recipe in our home. Delicious.
Thank you.

This is a great dish. It's unexpected comfort food. You can't beat a creamy, cheesey, pasta dish! I used about pork sausage and 3/4 cup of half-and-half instead of heavy cream and it was perfect. Yum!

Awesome dish. I got two thumbs up from the family. I did not have heavy cream so I used low fat organic milk instead and it came out great. Thank you Sunny!

Wow! Great recipe! I had a spicy pork sausage so i skipped all the spicy seasonings and added yellow and green squash and baby Bella mushrooms and it was super delish! Oh, didn't have asiago cheese so used Parmesan instead but I think asiago would've been better. Either way, I scarfed down my whole plate and had leftovers for lunch today. Had enough for 6 servings. Highly recommend!
