I needed something quick to make for dinner and I came across this recipe. It was very easy to make. I followed the recipe ingredients to the letter. It was VERY moist and flavorfull. I am adding this to my list of favorites. Big thumbs up !

I made this recipie for dinner last night and after my wife tasted it she said "put a star next to this one". It was fantastic and easy to make. Simple ingredients most of which I had on hand. I substituted yellow onion for the scallions, I used the fresh tomato and added about 1/4t of oregeno.
Thanks.
