ABSOLUTELY AMAAAAAZING! This is the best thing that I've made in my entire life. Very authentic, and I've eaten at many Thai restaurants. I followed the recipe exactly, except for doubling the sauce like others suggested. I didn't have fresh ginger so I just sprinkled some ground ginger on the shrimp once it was transferred from pan to bowl. Can't wait to make again! My husband LOVED this, even though I made him eat it with brown rice instead of white. :

Delicious! I took the advice of other members and doubled the sauce. Very happy I did so and might actually triple it next time. I forgot to add the lime juice :-( I also mistakenly grabbed a table spoon for the red pepper flakes so it was SPICY! I served it over japanese soba noodles. Overall I love this receipe. Definately a keeper!

This one was a little disappointing. I followed the recipe as described, using the 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. All my ingredients were fresh, but the flavor of everything combined was nothing special. I felt it was a little bland, and I would have liked the sauce thicker. Was an ok dinner but will be making a different Thai stir fry next time. Too bad because the calorie count is awesome.

I made this recipe as written and though it was good, I will leave out the fresh mint next time which did not mesh well with the rest of the ingredients.

This was so good and so full of flavor? I used red bell pepper as that is what I had on hand. I also threw in some fresh green bean and yellow squash as I has some that I needed to use up in the fridge. I agree with other users that this screams for veggies... I also used vine ripe tomoatoes instead as that is what I had on hand and doubled the sauce and glad I did as I think it would be a bit dry if you don't. I will make this often as it was full of flavor and so healthy! Just an FYI.. one cup without the rice is ONLY 286 calories.

So great! I served this over brown rice and it was a huge hit, even with the man of the house. This is even better the next day.

This was GREAT....next time I think I would squeeze a few of the tomatoes to release their juices. Not all of them...maybe half! It's colorful, tastes healthy, bit spicy and ....yummy yummy...would definitely make it again.....

Alot of prep but WELL WORTH IT! As good a dish (maybe better because you know the ingredients are fresh as you'll have at any authentic Thai restaurant.

I've made this several times now. It is very quick, a healthier dish, and delicious. I highly recommend this recipe.
