    great easy recipe. I used soy milk in place of the heavy cream and milk. Equal parts, and light soy, too. very creamy and delectable!

    Fabulous hot chocolate! I didn't want saturated fat overload so I made it with 1% milk and garnished it with whipped cream. Delicious!

    this recipe was amazing! i ran out of peppermint oil, so i used it without and it was still great. best hot chocolate i've ever had!

    If you're lifting an eyebrow at all the raves, lift no longer. This is fantastic and will become a Christmas tree-decorating, Christmas Eve staple in this household. Yummmm....

    Amazing, the best hot chocolate I've ever had. I topped it with marshmallows instead of whipped cream, which melted beautifully into the chocolate. Next time I'll probably use more milk and less cream, because it is really heavy and rich... one cup will leave you completely satisfied.

    I found this recipe to be very heavy on the stomach. I would reccomend using light cream vs. heavy. The overall chocolate-mint flavor was good.
