    I made this for a double date at home for two vegetarians (used veggie stock. The veg man who "doesn't eat fungus" loved it, and so did everybody else. Great dish, doctored a bit.

    I cooked a vegi meal for my friends. They didn't know that vegi food could be so tasty and hearty! This is a Killer flavor to add to a plate for sure!!!

    I served them on a bed of wild rice with basil and italian seasoning and it was a real hit. Very hardy and with great flavor!

    Good, but I don't think I'd make this again. I'd agree that the balsamic portobello flavor overpowered the spinach and artichoke.
