It was ok, don't know that I'll do it again. I like something hotter.

Stuffed mushrooms with balsamic glaze are wonderful. Sometimes I don't have cheese and omit that, and it still tastes good!

I served this dish at a party along with a crab/cheese stuffed portabello. Many preferred this recipe over the crab. Great flavor and easy to prepare!

    A great meatless main dish.

My family loves this! I made it as the main dish and served it with "salad in a sack". I had some of the filling left over, so I reheated it the next day and served it on toasted italian bread with swiss cheese-it was great!

One of the best things I've ever made!! I did not cut in pieces as recipe states. I served 1 m'room per person as a side dish. It's a meal in itself. Fantastic!! Make it!!!

This is a great meatless entree dish. It is low cal - or as we are on Weight watchers it is only 3 points for one whole cap!. It also reheats well. I am not a big fan of mushrooms, but I love this dish.

It is easy to make, but in order to get it done in 30 minutes you have to have everything prepped and ready to dump in.
