The ingredients are not all listed. The celery and they don't tell you what to do with the wasabi powder.

I couldn't believe enve my 11 year old son, the pickiest eater in the world, loved this meal. My family of four inhaled this salad. It was time consuming but well worth the work. It was a lot of prep time. Next time I will make the dressing earlier. My family loved the presentation of the salad in the pineapple.

This is a great summertime dish. Definitely use fresh pineapple (better taste than canned and, personal preference, I added a touch more wasabi powder to the dressing. Other than that, make it as is.
