    These potatoes were delicioius, but a bit too liquidy. If I used the entire 1 1/2 cups of half and half, I would have had soup. I used only half of the butter/cream mixture, and the texture was perfect, and the flavor was outstanding.

    My family LOVED these potatoes. I mashed the potatoes by hand with a potato masher instead of with a fancy mixer and they turned out perfectly. Great leftover, too.

    this are excellent. I did add some chopped garlic to them and some real bacon bits to the top and they were great.
