I have a whole new out look on brussels since making them this way. When I was a child I only had them steamed and maybe a little garlic salt and pepper added to them (wanted nothing to do w them... Now I cook them at least twice a week. Even my boyfriend (who is VERY picky! loves them, thats all he wants for a veggie side now.

These are awesome! I hated brussel sprouts as a kid, but these will definitely show up on our home menu from time to time! Baked is definitely the way to go for brussel sprouts!!!

I have been entertained by brussels sprouts ever since Beaver Cleaver refused to eat them and hid them at June and Ward's dining table. My family never had them, but when I grew up I tried them and loved them. But, there is no brussels sprout recipe I have ever tried that is as good as this. I love them when they are hot, right from the oven, but put them in the fridge for a few hours or a day, then eat them like candy for a snack they are so sweet and delicious. You can just pop one in your mouth instead of a chip or snack cracker, and they are much more nutritious and tasty.

It was very easy, but tasted really great. My husband loved it and said that we need to buy Brussels sprouts more often.

I wanted to give this a try because I have never liked brussels sprouts. They were really good, and so much better than I remember.

I hate Brussels sprouts! But love all vegetables, now I love Brussels sprouts too, and so easy! Even my husband who doesn't like most vegetables liked them, with a touch of wine vinegar!

From someone who hated Brussel Sprouts (even the SMELL of them for almost 60 years, this recipe totally changed my mind about this vegetable as well as my husband's mind. Watching Ina roast these on her show, I just had to try them, they looked so good! They came out PERFECT, & we have them quite often now.

Best. Brussels sprouts. Ever. EVER!! I agree, these will definitely make believers out of anyone who hates these little green things. Sprinkling the salt on them right when they get out of the oven is key - it makes them so much more tasty and crunchy.

I have personally found that the time is too long - I usually only need about 25 to 30 minutes in the oven before they're dark brown and crispy, so keep an eye on them. But once you try these, you'll never want to cook them any other way again!!

Another smashing Ina success! Have served these so many times, and even people who tell me they hate brussel sprouts end up loving these. Amazing with roasted chicken. Anyone who is hesitant or unsure about eating brussel sprouts should try this recipe, you'll be changed forever. So yummy!!
