I MADE IT EXACTLY AS THE RECIPE STATED WAS PERFECT COOKED 5 MIN PER SIDE GREAT! I WILL ALSO TRY PORK CHOPS NEXT TIME THE VEAL WAS FANTASTIC BUT EXPENSIVE! YES IT WAS LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!
