Mousse had great flavor but there were some problems. It is very very light and airy which is a good thing for a stand alone dessert, but not what I was expecting. I used this as a filling in Gale Gands chocolate flourless cake with Kahula. The cake was great but I learned that this is just for a standalone desssert

WAY TOO SWEET! I've made better. Not sure why anyone would give this a 5 star rating.

This is a very easy mousse recipe that produces great results every time. Around the holidays, I add about a half teaspoon of peppermint extract before I whisk the cream/chocolate mixture, and garnish with crushed candy canes. I've been "told" I would be making this dessert for Christmas Eve again this year!

Light and fluffy. Not too chocolatey. I made the mousse and put it into chocolate cups and garnished with rasperries. It was a hit!

This Mousse was wonderful. It was light and easy to eat. Unlike most chocolate mousse which is heavy, thick, and dence, it was light airy and too easy to eat. I recoment this to anyone who loves mousee and loves to eat it ALL!
