I hate cream cheese and yet I loved the taste of the Quesadilla. I didn't use Brie though, but the whole meal was good.. The sauce was great too. It's a little sweet if you don't mix it after its warmed. So mix the dipping sauce.
    A very filling meal!

On having read this recipe, I was scared to do her since it has a mix of very different flavors, but for my surprise, wise delightfully, the ingredients complemented each other very well. This recipe definitively will remain as one of my favorites. The sauce was my favorite part!!!!!!

Not sure what was going on with this recipe, I usually love all of sandra's recipe but this one was a no go for my family. The only thing that I liked was the dipping sauce. I will not be making this again

I made this recipe as an appetizer for my family. I added prosciutto and used its heavy saltiness to contrast the sweetness of this dish. AMAZING. Good job, Sandra. (Try my addition.

My entire family loved this recipe! I halved the dipping sauce recipe and had plenty to go around. Leftover apples are great in the sauce too. I'll definitely make this again and again.

I tried this recipe today as my Fathers Day Appetizer. Not only is it simple to make it can also be made in advance. I was able to layer my Quesadillas and mix my Dipping Sauce ahead of time. After picking up my 15 year old son we made it a Father and Son venture. I did this with a slight twist, instead of an indoor Pannini type grill my son brushed them with Extra Virgin Olive Oil while I lit the gas grill. You simply mus try this outdoors on the grill much better grill marks, more flavor, and crispier. We finished off our meal with Filet wrapped in bacon, Baked Potatoes and Boston Bibb Salad with Citrus Dressing. Monkey Bread and Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. It was a Fathers Day to remember.

I have made these twice now, and both times, with two different groups, the quesadillas are gone in minutes! The first time I made them I didn't even get a chance to eat one myself, but they were such a success that I made them again. They are wonderful. TIP: Definitely use green apples, and make sure you get some too! :-

I tried this recipe and it was just ok, not going to make it again. I remember her using a granny apple, not sure if that's the reason since I used Fuji apple. But my fiance did not care for it even though he loves brie.

I made this without the dipping sauce and it was wonderful. This will definately be the "Item I bring" to our family functions and get togethers. It is so easy and quick. Thank you Sandra!!
