This braciole is so delicious and easy to make! Very tender, and the sauce is too good for words! I always find a have a lot of leftover stuffing, so I usually make stuffed mushrooms or similar the next night.

The braciole was wonderful, super easy to make, fork-tender and the stuffing was very flavorful. I did substitute a thin cut sirloin because that's what I had on hand but it worked great! Also, the sauce was easy and so good. My children loved it!
