Very easy and really delicious ! makes enough for a crowd or even better the next day after it's been sitting overnight. I used just chicken breasts and my own Grahn Masala and I will do it again for company. Really good served with yogurt and a green sauce on the side.

This is a great tasting dish if you mind your salt and disregard the amount in recipe. I did not use a whole chicken. Instead, I used 1 pound of boneless chicken thighs and 2 lbs of breast tenders each cut up into 2 inch pieces. Sprinkle with about 1-2 teaspoons of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. That is ' teaspoons' for each!!!!
I also used store bought (spice section Garam Masala rather than make my own. I followed everything else in the recipe. I did add more salt a long the way but just pinches here a there to adjust taste.

I love, love, love this recipe! My husband and I came across this recipe about a year ago and can not let it go. Get ready for flavor central on this one.

I tried the recipe with less than half the salt specified. The garam masala and black pepper corn powder was also far too much. Mr. Puck seems to be the new Keith Floyd. I hope this wasnt a recipe fr turkey.

This is not a recipe for the faint of heart. It was so flavorful and warming it was the perfect winter dish. My father's only complaint was that there was no actual curry powder in it.

This was my first attempt at Indian cooking, and I'm so thrilled with the result. I skipped the sugar, and found the result delicious and plenty sweet! Took a while to prepare, but it was well worth it.

Before this recipe, I thought I hated curry. it was so flavorful. i swapped out sweet potato for white, and sometimes i omit the potato and add broccoli. sooo good!

Sorry, Wolfgang, this is the first recipe of yours that have made that I didn't like. Didn't like the potatoes in the dish.

A bit labor intenstive for the inexperienced home cook, but when it's all done the smiles seen around the dinner table is worht the effort
