I must admit that I am not a cook... but Rachel has inspired me to try. In 26 years of cooking, I'm ashamed to admit that I have never even purchased a clove of garlic! Well, I made this entire meal for my family and they raved over it! The meat was easy and delicious. My husband said our kitchen had never smelled to good!

I will give it another chance and pay more attention to amounts.

I made just the marinade for some boneless pork chops. Outstanding! A mild, and enjoyable flavor. Umbelievably easy.

I am always looking for new recipes and this caught my eye. I prepared it with chicken and my husband oomed and ahhed during the whole meal. By end end, he exclaimed it was the best meal I had ever made. Tonight I plan to make this with pork, but instead of buying pork chops, I have purchased a pork tenderloin. I expect it to be just as fabulous.

I have to say that this was one of my favorite recipes to date, it is hard to find a recipe that you can make for several different meats. I love the gravy too!! I had never made gravy until I tried this and I will tell you for all the non-gravy makers out there this one is perfect for you, it's easy and no lumps!

My husband is the pickiest eater in the world and will put ketchup on anything and everything, except this. The night that I made chicken and used this marinade on it the ketchup came out of the refridgerator as usual but was never used. He loved it and even commented that he'd like to have it again sometime!

Made this recipe with chicken, twice. Turned out great...better when the chicken is cut into strips, easier to serve to the kids. Served with the cheesy orzo, very good together.
