    THis was very good, and a very nice alternative to steak seasoning and steak sauce (I can't eat steak without something on it! I would definately make this again!

    I made this recipe for a casual dinner party with some friends. It was such a huge hit, one of my husbands friends asked his wife "why don't you ever cook like that?" I passed the recipe on to her!

    I didn't make the steak sauce to go along, but the steaks were great. I must say, however, the balsamic onions were awesome! So simple, but what a great combo! My friends loved it as well.

    Rachael always puts such a spin on things but, she's really done the deed on the topings for these steaks. These steaks come out tender and juicy. Totally new and refreshing. WOW

    I couldn't find Delmonico steaks so my butcher suggested bone in ribeye. We also cooked them outside on the grill since it was a beautiful night. YUM!
