    While cooking the balsamic vin smelled horrible and made me wonder if I would like the final product but it was delicious. The onions are what made the dish.

    Prepped everything first and then went to town cooking the sauce, onions and steak at the same time. My wife thinks I am an awesome chef now.

    I was a little iffy about serving this to my husband being that he's very picky about ingredients like balsamic vinegar and worsteshire sauce, but it was so great, he didn't even notice! It was sooo easy and soo good. I also made the steak fries as a side and it worked just perfectly. Kudos!!

    This is a great and EASY recipe for something with a very different taste. It's got a sweet flavor with a tangy (but not hot kick.
