Made this tonight, without the picled vegs. The fish was simple and flavorful with the lime juice and essance. The rice and beans were a nice surprise - sort of a nice variation on NO red beans and rice. Despite using the Habanero, the spice was not too much at all. Very well done, Em. Thanks.
