I absolutely loved the ingredients - meat, all those vegetables and I made brown rice to go with this dish. However, my husband did not love the flavor. I think I should have added something to cut the spice a bit and add a little sweet. If I can talk my husband into it, I will try this again with a little something to make it slightly sweet. We will see!

My family loved this. I did add a little splenda to sweeten it a little but otherwise it was a great way for us to try something new (edammame. We will have this again.

This looked so good -- but for some reason it just didn't work. Everything was too dry in the beginning of the cooking process, and too soggy after I added the moisture.

I'm not one to try anything new...too afraid to waste. BUT, I saw this on tv the other day and printed out the recipe and LOVE IT! Can't wait to try something else! I did make rice to go with it, our youngest is so picky...but it would be great without it too.

Made this tonight and it came out really well. Not salty at all, which I really appreciated. You can serve with soy sauce or spicy chili sauce on the side for extra seasoning or kick. Great sauce and flavor - perfect over white rice.

This stir fry was not great. I needed to add several spices to make it taste better - there was just no flavor otherwise.

I had just finished preparing this recipe and realized that I had forgotten to start the rice to go with it. I decided to serve the dish without the rice and no one in the family appeared to miss it. This stir fry is packed with some many wonderful vegetables that you just don't miss the rice! Definitely a recipe I will make again and again!

I loved how it looked on the platter and it was a nice twist on a regular stir fry. Definitely a keeper
